Qualification- Essential	MBA/PGDM in Marketing  Management with minimum 60% marks
Qualification -Desirable	B. Pharma or B.Tech as Basic Degree with 60% marks

Specialisation	Experience in Pharmaceuticals/FMCG/other Product Selling, Industrial Selling, Trade Marketing handling of Division as Area Sales Executive and other field staff out of which 5 years in Middle Management Level. Experience in PSU will be desirable.

Specialisation	Experience in Production/Project Implementation Schedule ‘M’/GMP and Quality Control in Pharmaceutical Company having exposure in Factory Administration, out of which 5 years should be in Middle Management Level. Public Sector Experience desirable.
