·         All appointments shall be on “contract basis” and will be initially for a period of ‘four years’ including a probation period of one year. The contractual appointment may be extended further based on performance of the candidate during the initial period of four years for which a performance review will be carried out by the Institute.

Terms & Condition of engagement:-
1. The engagement will be initially for the period of 11 (Eleven) months from the date of joining the post, which likely to be extended based on the performance of employees till the project period only.
2. No objection certificate will not be issued within first contractual period of engagement with effect from the date of joining the post.
3. The number of post may increase / decrease at any time before or after interview.
